If you can see how Advantage Business Concepts can help you, we will work together to identify a specific issue to address, including an approach, end product, timeframe and cost. The goal in this step is to define a project which will provide tangible, cost-effective results for you. We will provide a written proposal of the project, for your review and approval.
During the project, we work closely with you and your staff. Typically, we interview key individuals, review relevant financial reports, analyze information and develop simple solutions. These are presented to you in a written summary report. We work with you and your staff as needed to implement, monitor and assess the impact of the project.
At any time during the initial engagement, if you are not satisfied that you have received value for your investment, you may pay what you believe the service was worth, within 30 days of the invoice.
