Pricing Options

We work with you and your budget. We discuss your needs and your timeframe, and develop a proposal which summarizes the project, the timeframe and the cost.  For the initial project or any project which is self-contained, we typically quote a fee or fee range. This is based on the scope of services as outlined in the written proposal.  If the project can be completed for less than the quoted fee, this lesser fee will be charged.  In rare circumstances, if the scope of the project is greater than initially anticipated, we will discuss this with you and adjust the scope or pricing by agreement.

For clients seeking general management support, we offer a set monthly payment plan.  The fee is set by agreement and is based on an estimate of the time needed.  Each month, a record is kept of the actual time spent.  Small variances between budgeted and actual time are applied to the next month's balance. If a special need arises, additional payments can be made, by mutual agreement.  If there is a lull in activity, monthly payments are temporarily suspended.  The set monthly payment plan enables you to set a budget for management support, but retain flexibility to meet  your needs.
