Pricing       

We work with you and your budget to get the results you need at a price point that makes sense.

Projects are quoted with a fee range,  based on the scope of services.  If the project is completed for less than the quoted fee, this lesser fee is charged.  In rare circumstances, if the scope of the project is significantly greater than initially anticipated, we will discuss this with you and adjust the scope or pricing by agreement.

Ongoing support can be provided on a set payment plan. Actual service usage is tracked. Small variances between budgeted and actual time are applied to the next month's balance. If special needs arise, additional payments are arranged by mutual agreement.  If there is a lull in activity, monthly payments are temporarily suspended.  You can plan your budget but still pay only for the services you use.
